Conditions/extras

Check-in is possible from 3pm until 9pm. Check-out is until 11 a.m. A breakfast buffet would be available for 24,50 € per person at Villa Mittermeier (1 minute walk away).Cancellations and changes made up to 48 hours before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations and changes made late will be charged 80% of the total price.All children under 3 years old pay no extra charge for a baby crib. All children between 12 and 18 years old pay 35 € per night per person for extra beds. All adults pay 35 € per night per person for extra beds. The rooms can accommodate a maximum of 1 baby crib. The rooms can accommodate a maximum of 1 extra bed.
